Support Activities

Summer in the Park:  We meet at various parks around the metro area  so our children can play and we can connect by sharing joys, frustrations, accomplishments, laughter, and sometimes tears.

Coffees:  Want to grab a beverage while the kids are at school?  Want to take some time for yourself  and share with someone who ‘gets it’?  Call or email us and we’ll get something set up.

Annual Picnic:  Bring your friends and family to the EMPOWER Annual Picnic.  Food is provided, games for the children, prizes and a great time.  This occurs in September each year.
